Photocritic has a challenge for this week: Manual Exposure Week.
Shooting in Manual mode isn’t new to me, for years I used a camera where it was the only available mode, but lately, specially since moving to digital, I’ve become more lazy and started letting the camera to choose things for me. Nowadays I mostly use Aperture Priority mode and very rarely go fully manual, but I hope this little challenge will make me go back to the basics.

Last Sunday was World Press Photo day, it would be cool to say the exhibit inspired me somehow but there where no African rebels or American soldiers around, so I had to “settle” with sunny photos by the riverside.
